- Duly filled and signed application form.
- Two (2) recent passport-size colored photographs.
- Original and copy of National ID / Birth Certificate.
- Certified copies of relevant academic certificates (KCPE/KCSE).
- School leaving certificate copy.
- Official bank slip for application fee.
